Nature Calls 15K & 5K is primarily a celebration event for the 200 Mile Club but is still open to anyone. These Nature Calls races are held in the beautiful Lula Lake Land Trust. Learn more about the 200 Mile Club and the quarterly celebration.
This race is a low key, no frills, low cost, no awards social race, run, and/or hike. Both courses are on trails. The 5K is about as easy as can be found in this area and the 15K has some real challenges with the High Adventure trail, including a rope section and the difficult trail that travels down to the bottom of the magnificent Lula Falls. This event is open to anyone traveling at any speed. Hikers are most welcome, however, out of respect for our volunteers time we must enforce a cutoff time of 3 hours for the 15K only. That is 3 miles per hour. The run/hike will be followed by post race snacks and beverages. Proceeds will benefit the Lula Lake Land Trust.
